(Cont’d) … Did We Manifest A Server Crash?

See, when we unleashed the Masters of the Secret Talking E-book and allowed everybody to get it for free, we attracted far more traffic than we anticipated.
We knew the e-book was good… we knew it was valuable… we knew that every person in the world had the right to access this knowledge that we’ve been so fortunate to be able to uncover from some of the most brilliant and learned minds in the world.
We envisioned top-notch joint venture partners getting involved, and recommending that their valued subscribers take advantage of the offer to get this powerful gift free.
And all of that happened.
Before the official pre-launch, we had been testing the system for several weeks.
Over 3,000 people had already had the opportunity to download the talking ebook before we opened it up to everybody.
Barry said, “let’s aim to give away 10,000 Talking E-books by the official Masters of the Secret launch on April 10.”
It seemed like a good goal… ambitious yet achievable, and a number that we could feel grateful about reaching, a number that would allow us to feel like we had made an impact and helped a lot of people out.
Well, those 10,000 were given away within the first few hours.
They say “reach for the stars and you may hit the moon”… well, we reached for the stars and shot into overdrive.
Unfortunately the server we were using didn’t want to go into overdrive.
Technology. What are you going to do?
The server was shut down for several hours while Barry and the support team feverishly took care of all the complaints and challenges.
The next day he found a thread on The Warrior Forum discussing whether servers really crash during big launches, or whether it’s all just marketing hype to make people think products are better than they are.
Hmmm. What an interestingly cynical look at the world.
First of all, why would anyone willingly shut down their server during a launch - or even a pre-launch like we did - and miss out on hundreds or thousands of potential subscribers or customers, just to say, “my product is so popular I crashed a server”?
It makes no sense whatsoever.
And looking at our particular experience, why would Barry and I falsely create a sense of scarcity when we’re promoting a product that tells people the Universe is abundant? That scarcity-based thinking will hold you back from achieving what you want?
That REALLY makes no sense.
So did the server crashing prove that the Universe is indeed scarcity-based, because people couldn’t access the free ebook?
No, because it still exists in abundance. Everybody in the world could access it now if they chose to. There was just a minor stumbling block towards that goal, like what happens in life when you’re working towards something big and find yourself in dark times first. Like when you’re in the pitch blackness before seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
The light is the abundance. It’s there the whole time, you just can’t see it when you’re in the dark.
So back to my original question… if we manifest everything, did we then manifest the server crash?
Yes.
Did we do it on purpose?
No… you’ve manifested everything in your life right now, but I doubt if you created all that you have “on purpose”.
The thing is, when we say “we” manifest things, most of us think it means “we” in our human form.
I believe the “we” where the manifesting takes place is our higher self, which is directly connected to the Universal consciousness. That’s why we can think that “we the people” didn’t create something, when “we” really did… the “we” that you’re not consciously tapped into all the time.
And I believe that “we the people” are not the creators, but the facilitators.
“We the people” can certainly help things along with the right thoughts, emotions and actions, but the creation of what we manifest comes from a higher plane.
So yes, my higher self helped manifest the server crash. So did Barry’s, and our other partners. “We the people” just facilitated it, took the actions that allowed it to happen even though we didn’t actually know it was going to happen.
Why? I think there were a lot of reasons for it.
The first thought might be, “that was dumb, think of all the people that could have gotten the ebook but were unable to access the website. That’s just opportunity lost.”
But in fact, it leads to greater opportunity because some people will hear about the crash and think that means it was something they should have been in on. So even though I don’t think marketers ever make up server crashes for the hype factor, it doesn’t hurt in showing a product’s popularity, which attracts more people in the long run.
And, on a different level, it helped validate what we were doing.
If you’ve ever gotten caught up in a labor of love… doing something because you were passionate about it and you knew it was something you were meant to do, but were unable to see the forest for the trees (in other words, were unable to see the big picture of how it might impact the world because you were focusing so hard on getting all the bits and pieces to come together) then you’ll know how we’ve felt about this project the past few months.
We’ve dealt with naysayers. We’ve dealt with people who claimed we were riding on coattails and not bringing anything new to the world. There was no way to gauge the size of the impact this project could have, or if people would understand the scope of our vision and how the message we were trying to get out there surpassed any other project we’ve ever heard of.
And the moment of truth was to happen on Mar 27, when we would find out just how big our vision could become.
Manifesting the server crash was part of showing us the hugeness of what we’ve undertaken, that this project was meant to be, and that people want it.
So yeah… despite the challenges over the past few days… I’d manifest the same thing again.
As two of our interviewees in the bonus section would say, “Thank God I Crashed A Server.”

Interesting theory…if it works for you.
Sometimes people seem to flip from a feeling of ‘no power’ over their lives to ‘ultimate power’ over their lives and imagine being able to effect the weather, the roll of a lottery ball, even imagining they are able to heal other peoples illnesses or be responsible for crashing a server….
Now, this may all be so…
However, our first real power is NOT in EFFECTing the world around us, but in EFFECTing the world inside of us.
When we are able to calmly deal with how the world is behaving around us and are able to change our perceptions to see the perfection in every incident and happening in our life…we have achieved mastery of our own life.
NOW, isn’t that something to aspire to…?
Yes
