Mentor One says, “You have to take massive, focused action in one direction.”
Mentor Two says, “Action is over-rated.”
Mentor Three says, “When you get inspired to do something, even if it doesn’t make sense at the time, take action.”
And Mr. Media says, “‘The Secret’ tells you not to take action.”
What the heck is going on here? Is it the phenomenon Dr. John F DeMartini talks about in his Masters of the Secret interview… that everything is in total balance and harmony in the Universe, hence the seeming opposites to balance each other out?
Well, I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. And suddenly this morning I had a smack-me-in-the-head a-ha moment… it’s like the Universe said, “Well, duh… that’s why they call it resonance.”
Right. Duh!

Hi! I think your blog is very informative and I love reading about The Secret. However, I don’t agree that “We are the Universe” It makes us sound like we have all the power. I think that life is a collaboration between us and God.
I think we are privileged to “co-create” our life with His Help. But, there still is such a thing as God’s will, and in the end, He has the last word on everything. God is the Universe. We can’t create anything unless we are “plugged into” the Source who is everywhere and lives in all things. It takes surrender and humility to manifest miracles.

Hi Frances,
Well… I’m not going to try to change your views, but numerous mentors we have interviewed have said specifically that “we are god,” “we are the universe”.
But the way to translate that might be “god is all of us.” We’re all connected, he’s everywhere, and we’re all one through the universal consciousness… so we’re many entities connected as one.
And yes, we “co-create”… but… it’s not some guy sitting up on clouds looking down on us. You do have the power.
I don’t believe there is “god’s will” that over-rides things, that will is yours.
But hey… just listen to some of the clips in the talking e-book to see if you’re ready for more, because some of the stuff we uncovered for Masters of the Secret goes pretty deep, and we picked some controversial shake-it-up clips for the e-book on purpose so nobody would be blindsided by the package.

32 young souls did NOT attract what happened to them today at Virginia Tech. This is where the Secret loses me to an extent.
Kim and Shara — well thought-out questions, and in fact we asked the mentors very similar questions. These types of things are answered in the Masters of the Secret package, but I have to caution you not to purchase it unless you’re willing to have your belief systems changed. Otherwise it may just make you angry.
See, when I asked these types of questions I was coming at it from a mindset of wanting to clear up questions I’d heard other people ask. The answers didn’t always shake me up because I did not have the deep-seated beliefs that, for instance, Kim seems to have. I was at a point of wonderment and searching in my life (and that searching for truth continues to this day, even as many of the puzzle pieces have now been filled in for me).
Nothing wrong with having beliefs, but when it comes time to challenge them (and we’ll challenge them till the day we die) you need to be ready to accept the challenge… or continue repeating the pattern of not accepting the challenge until you do.
So please, wait until you feel that tug inside you, the desire to know if there’s something more.
And Kim… if and when you do that… I would direct you towards the interviews Barry did with Mike Dooley and James Ray, the one I did with a secret mentor whose initials are BS, and one Barry and I did together with a mentor whose initials are DB.
Shara — listen to the part in my Dr. John Demartini audio interview where I ask him about world disasters and he talks about 9/11.

Hey Shara, How could we know what anyone else attracts to themselves? And the judgement is from the perceiver as a projection onto the perceived. My judgement is that the Virginia massacre is a random, horrible event that NO one would wish upon oneself; it is not what we would knowingly attract. But do we really KNOW? Maybe those 32 folks agreed to be part of an immortality group that will go down in history, infinitely as victims of a horrific and senseless crime. But what if, the entire event was choreographed to challenge our belief systems of duality, of love and hate, life and death, good and evil? Perhaps then, we, the survivors, the observers are the ones being judged, rather than the judges. Perhaps, even, we are just all an emotion to an experience.
You cannot possibly know something without the experience, negative or positive, when growth ensues which is life-unending we are that, the experience.
All time is in one place…
Every moment combined makes the whole,
each moment experience -
collected as wholeness.
There is no real time just the sensation of it.
It all happens in a flash and then all is done
Oneness becomes the only moment in Time…
The “Secret” we all inherently DO know; in our existence we crave the very opposite of what we are, thus the subconscious will create just that.
The Secret should be free for the taking and sent out world wide to all who want it regardless, attaching a price is limiting the very meaning of it.
That is a very enlightened response KAP…
I a few questions for you though, if we all inherently DO know the secret… why should it be “free for the taking” if in fact we already know it?
Is anything really “free” or is it a word that is in fact invented to keep us from growing; an enabling fictitious excuse not to expend effort?
I truly cannot think of one thing in existence that is ultimately “free”. Breathing air requires an expenditure of energy to even breath. Everything requires an expenditure or exchange rather of energy. Even something such as thoughts, the closest thing to free in my book requires some form of energy exchange such as attention and questions etc.
To me “free” is a fictitious word that suckers people into being compliant to the offered request. You MUST ALWAYS EXCHANGE SOMETHING! It is a universal law. Cause and Effect or the law of compensation, or… the law of attraction maybe? yes?
The Secret is free under “your” perception of free and can be found for no monetary exchange, but you must exchange energy awareness, attention, and even the “NOW” moment of timeless existence to achieve and understanding of the “Secret” law of attraction.
Personally in my humble opinion it’s a small exchange for something like “Masters of the Secret” as people have expended time and effort to make the awareness and understanding of the secret from many different view points of what works and what doesn’t work for them when using the secret.
Our main focus today in exchanging monetary value is to save time and effort. Other people spend time and effort so that individually we don’t have to create everything ourselves and really one person couldn’t invent the tv, the microwave, the house, the car, the cell phone, the stove, the shower, the toilet, the lightbulb, the mirror on and on of the things we use daily to save us time in our illusion of time. One sole person could never in his or her lifetime invent and build all the the things we individually use on a daily basis.
I used to want things for free and thought everything should be free but after much questioning of what “free” really is I found out that it merely another price tag one that can carry a much heftier price in the long run mainly because it dulls our awareness and lulls us into a deeper slumber in which we should actively be awakening from.
